We want to get your order to you and your furry family member as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods (holidays, sale events).

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders. No hidden fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. PawVault has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe:

1. Check your tracking link for updates
2. Contact your local post office or carrier
3. Email us at support@pawvault.org if the package is 10+ business days past the estimated delivery date

We will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. PawVault is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot an error immediately after ordering, email us at support@pawvault.org right away — we'll do our best to correct it before shipment.
